Position Title:

JOB SUMMARY:

Design, develop, test and document software for a navigation and surveillance system in the aerospace industry.

With:

Our small, tight-knit team of software engineers is expanding to meet both internal development needs and customer contracts.  ANPC’s software team produces the intelligent tracking, guidance and user interface software for all ANPC products.  Safety critical, real-time software running on various embedded and non-embedded platforms comprises the bulk of our efforts.  The team shares responsibility for all aspects of software development from requirements inception to final test and delivery, including ongoing configuration management and maintenance.

We seek candidates that show initiative, an ability to learn, and can demonstrate self-direction, motivation, and leadership because each employee’s contribution directly affects the success of our products and project outcomes.

Position Requirements:

Required –

• Minimum 5+ years software development experience C/C++
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or other applicable area
• Ability to re-locate to Hood River, Oregon.

Desired –

• Development using Microsoft in Windows environment strongly desired
• Development experience using C++/MFC for user interfaces strongly desired
• Experience with all stages of software life-cycle
• Experience with safety critical systems and/or real-time systems
• Experience with complex hardware/software systems a plus
• Experience with software version control
• Experience with formal software testing
• Experience with software quality assurance and tools
• Experience with real-time operating systems or UNIX a plus
• Engineering, analytical background helpful.
